You will need

  • - puff pastry - 500 g;

  • - milk - 500 ml;

  • - lemon juice - 50 g;

  • - bananas - 3 pcs.;

  • - sugar - 700 g;

  • - flour - 1 glass;

  • - butter - 300 g.

Instruction manual

1

Having taken puff pastry, divide it into 2 identical layers. Put them on baking trays, covered with parchment paper, and bake in the oven, the temperature of which is 180 degrees, for one quarter of an hour.

2

In the meantime, make custard for the future cake. Pour the flour into a suitable free pan, after passing it through a sieve. Add granulated sugar to it. Heat the resulting mixture until it becomes warm. Enter the same cold milk. Mix everything as it should, that is, so that there is not a single lump. Bringing this mass to a boil, let it cool slightly, then mix it with softened butter. Whip the cream until it becomes thick, then cover it with a cling film.

3

Cool the baked dough slightly, then divide each piece into 3 cakes. Return to the oven, but only for 5 minutes.

4

After removing the peel from the surface of bananas, cut them with a knife into circles. Sprinkle the crushed fruit with the juice squeezed from the lemon.

5

Taking one cake from the dough, grease it with the resulting custard. On this mass, place the chopped bananas in circles. Repeat these steps until you reach the last cake. After applying cream to it, sprinkle it with crumbs from the baked dough. In this form, the Napoleon cake should stand in the refrigerator for the whole night.

6

Soaked dessert can be served at the table. Cake "Napoleon" with bananas is ready!
