Instruction manual

1

Corn stick and iris cake

This cake can be given any shape. To make the product look more beautiful, cut large corn sticks into pieces. Use soft creamy iris, it melts much faster. Free toffee from candy wrappers, put in a large bowl and add butter. Place the bowl in a pot of boiling water. While stirring, melt the iris and butter, pour the corn sticks into the mixture and mix again.

2

On a dish lightly greased with butter, put the sticks and give them the shape of a slide with a wide base. Melt black or milk chocolate without additives in a water bath, pour a spoonful of refined vegetable oil. Cool the icing a little and fill it with cake. Let the dessert stand for 3-4 hours until completely solidified.

3

Honey cake

This cake is very sweet and high-calorie, so you should limit yourself to just a small piece. Fry the walnut kernels in a dry frying pan, and then crush in a mortar. A few beautiful halves of the kernels set aside for decoration. Separate the whites from the yolks and beat in a strong foam. Mix chopped nuts with 5 tbsp. tablespoons of honey, add the whipped whites with powdered sugar in portions. Put a layer of protein-nut cream on the dish, spread the corn sticks on top. Cover them with another portion of the cream, again lay out a layer of sticks. Repeat layers, forming a cake in the form of a slide. Place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

4

Put the yolks in a bowl, rub with the remaining honey, pour a little wine. Put the yolk mixture in a pot of boiling water and continue whisking until the mass thickens. Cool the cream a little and fill it with cake. Grate the chocolate and sprinkle the hill. Put the cake in the cold for 1-2 hours, and then serve, garnishing with halves of walnuts.

5

Pyramid Cake

The dessert is simple, but it looks very impressive. Instead of regular condensed milk, you can use condensed milk with cocoa, and replace almonds with walnuts or hazelnuts. Crush or chop the corn sticks with a blender. Add condensed milk to corn crumbs. Mix everything into a homogeneous mass. Take small pieces and roll them into balls, putting peeled almonds in the middle of each. Lay the balls on a flat plate, oiled. Place them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

6

Collect the cake. Fold the corn balls into the pyramid, holding them together with condensed milk. Sprinkle the cake with coconut flakes and refrigerate again for a final hardening.
