These meatballs are beloved by many for their ease of preparation and taste, reminiscent of early childhood. Stuffing can be not only pork, but also any other - to taste. The meatballs are very juicy and tender, and the sauce gives that particular flavor that cannot be forgotten from the kindergarten.

Instruction manual
1
We wash the rice well, fill it with water (we take two glasses of water for half a glass of rice), salt and boil. We put the finished rice on a sieve.
2
We wash the pork and scroll in a meat grinder with the addition of onions. Mix the minced pork with boiled rice. Add a slightly beaten egg to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, mix.
3
We wet our hands in water or in vegetable oil (to whom it is more convenient) and begin to form round meatballs, which we roll in a small amount of flour.
4
Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, fry meatballs to a crust.
5
Add a spoonful of tomato paste to a glass of warm water, stir. Pour meatballs with tomato water and prepare the sauce for ten minutes. Then add sour cream to the meatballs, mixed with flour and half a glass of water, mix and continue cooking for 15 minutes over low heat. If the sauce is very thick, then add half a glass of warm water. Before removing the meatballs with gravy from the fire, add the lavrushka to the stewpan and cook for another two minutes.
