- 500 grams of pork chop;

- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce;

- 2 tablespoons of ginger syrup;

- 2 tablespoons of chili sauce;

- 1 tablespoon of cane brown sugar;

- ¼ teaspoon ground chili;

- ½ teaspoon curry;

- 1 head of onion;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 1 large sweet bell pepper;

- vegetable oil.

In such a dish, you can add bamboo shoots, fresh chili pepper, peeled from seeds, pods of unripe green peas - cuff.
