You will need

    • 500 g of pork (boneless);
    • 300 g canned pineapple slices;
    • 300 g of red and green sweet pepper pods;
    • 150 g of frozen green peas;
    • 1 onion;
    • 5 tablespoons of soy sauce;
    • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
    • 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar;
    • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste;
    • 1-2 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
    • 1 bouillon cube;
    • salt to taste;
    • greens.

Instruction manual

1

To cook pork with pineapple in a sweet and sour sauce, cut the pork pulp into medium-sized cubes. Pods of sweet pepper cut in half, remove the seeds and stalk and cut into small slices or cubes. Cut the onion rings into rings. Throw the canned pineapple into a colander and let the liquid drain into a bowl. Dissolve the bouillon cube in 100 ml of liquid from a jar of pineapple.

2

Fry the pork in vegetable oil in a hot pan. Pour 2 tablespoons of refined vegetable oil into a saucepan or deep pan, add sweet pepper and onion and simmer for 6-7 minutes with constant stirring. Then add the cooked broth to the vegetables, season with tomato paste, soy sauce, put salt and sugar. Cover the pan and simmer the mixture for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

3

Add the fried pork, slices of pineapple, frozen green peas and wine vinegar to the stewpan with vegetables. Cover and simmer until cooked, about 10 minutes, over medium heat. Arrange on plates and serve, sprinkled with herbs. You can serve boiled rice on the side dish. The dish is original, with an "oriental" taste! Bon Appetit.

note

When buying flesh or tenderloin on the market, try pushing it with your finger. Fresh meat will quickly regain its shape. If the hole is filled with liquid and remains a dent - there is a danger that under the guise of fresh pork you are trying to sell a thawed product.
