Cheese sauce

From soft types of cheese you can prepare a fragrant thick sauce, which tastes great for potatoes.

You will need:

- 200 g of cheese;

- 2 tbsp flour;

- 1 tbsp ketchup;

- 2 tbsp oils;

- 1 tbsp. milk;

- pepper;

- salt.

Melt a small piece of butter over low heat in a saucepan. Add flour and ketchup and mix until smooth for 2 minutes. Continue stirring and pour milk into the sauce. Grate the cheese on a fine grater or cut into cubes and add to the mixture in portions. Season with pepper and salt.

Gentle Bechamel Sauce

Bechamel sauce emphasizes the taste of mashed potatoes and diversifies the everyday dish. It can be used as gravy and served directly to mashed potatoes.

Sauce Ingredients:

- 3-4 tablespoons oils;

- bow;

- 2 tbsp flour;

- 1/2 tbsp. meat broth;

- 1 tbsp. milk or sour cream;

- ground black pepper.

Melt the butter in a skillet and carefully pour the flour. Fry it until golden. In another bowl, pass the finely chopped onions. Combine the flour with the onion and slowly pour the broth and milk. If you add sour cream instead of milk, the sauce will be thicker. Salt, add spices, bring the sauce to a boil, do not forget to stir occasionally.

Sour cream sauce

Sour cream sauce will be a great addition to mashed potatoes. Cooking it is not at all difficult, so that the taste is more expressive, add a little mayonnaise, garlic and fresh dill.

You will need:

- 1 pickled cucumber;

- 3 tablespoons sour cream;

- garlic;

- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise;

- dill;

- ground black pepper;

- salt.

Wash and shake the dill. Peel the garlic, chop finely with dill. In a bowl, combine sour cream with mayonnaise. In the resulting mixture, add garlic with dill, salt and pepper. Grate the pickles on a fine grater and add to the sauce. Use only pickles, not pickles. As a result, the sauce will acquire a piquant shade.
