You will need

  • Beef (fillet) - 400 g.

  • Smoked Chicken - 200 g.

  • Hunting sausages - 130 g.

  • Potato - 560 g.

  • Carrots - 1 medium piece.

  • Pickles - 2-3 pieces of medium size.

  • Tomato paste - 100 g.

  • Onions - 1 medium onion.

  • Cucumber pickle - 100 ml.

  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml.

  • Water - 2 l.

  • Salt, spices - to taste.

Rinse beef well, cut with onions, carrots, potatoes, cucumbers, sausages and chicken strips.

In the bowl of the multicooker you need to add oil. Put chopped onions, carrots, sausages, chicken, tomato paste there.

All should be mixed well. Next, close the lid and turn on the "Frying" mode (depending on the model, the name may change). We set the cooking time for 20 minutes.

5 minutes before the end of the program add cucumber pickle. Fry until the program expires.

After the program is complete, add water, potatoes, meat, salt and spices. Mix everything thoroughly and close the lid. Set the "Stew / Soup" mode (names may vary) and set the time to 1 hour.

Solyanka is best served with a slice of lemon, olives and sour cream. Also, if desired, you can sprinkle with fresh herbs.
