- - cabbage - 1.5 kg;
- - onion - 3 pcs.;
- - carrots - 3 medium pcs.;
- - sweet pepper - 2 - 3 pcs.;
- - tomato juice - 200 gr.;
- - water or broth - 100 - 150 gr.;
- - rast. oil - 150 ml.;
- - salt, spices, herbs - to taste.

Shred the cabbage. We heat the pan, pour 100 ml of vegetable oil, put the cabbage in a preheated pan and fry until golden brown. In the process of frying, add salt to taste. While cabbage is fried: peel onions, carrots, peppers. Put the fried cabbage in a bowl.

We put the pan on a slow fire, pour 50 ml of vegetable oil. We cut onions in half rings, three carrots on a coarse grater, put in a pan. Fry for 7 minutes, then add tomato juice, fry for another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, we cut the sweet pepper and add to the frying, also add spices and fry for 2 minutes.

We take the fried cabbage and put it in the frying pan: mix, add the broth, simmer the cabbage until tender. Add greens. Cabbage stewed in a pan is ready. It can be served with sour cream.
note
The taste of stewed cabbage depends on the quality of the tomato.
Useful advice
If sour tomato juice add 0.5 - 1 tsp. sugar, so it will be much tastier.
