Chak-chak is a classic national dish of Tatar and Bashkir cuisine. This sweet, suitable for any holiday, is a dough cut into thin strips, fried in vegetable oil and filled with honey.

You will need
- - 3 eggs
- - 300 g flour
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vodka or cognac
- - 1 cup vegetable oil
- - walnuts
- - dried apricots
- For syrup:
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of honey
- - 5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar

In a bowl, beat eggs with salt, pour vodka or cognac. Then add the flour gradually. Knead the dough, it should turn out cool. Leave the dough for 30 minutes, covered with a plastic bag.

Sprinkle the table with flour and roll the dough into a thin layer, 2 mm thick. Then cut into strips, and strips into thin noodles.

In a cauldron or pan, heat vegetable oil and fry the noodles in it until golden brown. Pull out the finished sticks with a slotted spoon on a sieve so that the glass has excess oil.

Make syrup. Heat honey in a saucepan, add sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is completely dissolved. Place the fried sticks in a separate bowl, pour evenly with syrup. Shake the pan to mix the contents.

Moisten your hands with water and carefully place the chuck chuck on a plate. Add chopped walnuts, chopped dried apricots. Putting sticks on a plate, constantly press them with your hands so that there are fewer voids.
