  • 100 grams of hard cheese

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil

Peel and cut the potatoes in half rings.

Peel the carrots and cut into small strips or circles - to taste.

In a pan, heat the oil, on which we fry the potatoes with carrots until a crust forms.

Three large cheese. Choose hard cheeses, such cheese as "Russian" will not work, because when baked, it turns out to be fresh.

We put vegetables on a foil sheet, level them.

We put gutted mackerel on vegetables.

Season the mackerel and vegetables with salt, ground black pepper and other seasonings.

Top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. We put a small portion of cheese inside the mackerel.

We shift the mackerel with potatoes and carrots in foil onto a baking dish or on a baking sheet. We cover the mackerel with a sheet of foil, the edges of which are folded under the bottom layer of the foil.

We put the mackerel in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, bake for half an hour.

After half an hour we take out the mackerel and open the foil, set to bake for another 20 minutes.

We transfer the prepared mackerel with vegetables, right in the foil to the dish, decorate with fresh dill or parsley and serve.
