The way to cook our dish:

  • Take the fish clean of scales, cut the gills. Use a sharp-edged knife to cut the back of the fish along the entire length. Carefully, without damaging the gall bladder, take out all the giblets, remove the ridge, clean all bones and wash thoroughly.

  • You need to take a double boiler, season with water, put prepared fish in it and cook for about 15 minutes. Peel and finely chop the garlic and cilantro roots. Wash hot red pepper and chop finely.

  • Sauce preparation method:

  • Wash the lemons, blot with a napkin, cut into halves and squeeze the juice with a juicer, put chopped garlic, cilantro roots, hot pepper, granulated sugar and fish sauce, put in a blender glass and grind the mass for 5 minutes.

  • Transfer the prepared fish sauce to a beautiful gravy boat and arrange with garden mint leaves.

  • Bring hot seabass fish to the table hot by pouring the sauce over it.

  • You can also serve boiled rice seasoned with butter to the fish.
