You will need
- - 100 g butter;
- - 170 g of dark chocolate;
- - 200 g of sugar;
- - 70 g of flour;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 15 ml of orange juice;
- - a teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- - dried apricots (8-10 pieces);
- - 40 g of dried cranberries (raisins can be used).

Preheat the oven to 175C. Form 20 by 20 centimeters covered with baking paper. Pour apricots and cranberries (raisins) with a small amount of boiling water, remove to the side.

Melt chocolate and butter in a water bath, mix until smooth, remove to the side.

In a bowl we mix sugar, flour and salt, add eggs, vanilla extract and orange juice, mix until smooth. The mass may seem thick, but as sugar dissolves, the dough will become more elastic.

Add chocolate cream to the dough, mix and evenly distribute the dough in shape.

Drag the dried apricots and cranberries into a colander and transfer to a paper towel. Cut dried apricots along and randomly spread on top of the dough, sprinkle cranberry pie and send to the oven for 25-30 minutes.
