You will need
- For 10 servings:
- - 1 tsp and 1/3 tsp + 1 tsp vanilla
- - 1 and 1/3 Art. fat cream;
- - 0.6 tbsp. cocoa powder;
- - 125 g of butter;
- - 1 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 3 tablespoons powdered sugar;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 190 g of dark chocolate;
- - 4 chicken eggs;
- - almond petals for decoration.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and cover the baking dish with parchment paper (it is best to use a detachable one - it will be easier to take it out).

Melt the butter and the chocolate broken into small pieces in a water bath. It is better not to use a microwave oven - it is important not to overheat the chocolate, otherwise it will become grainy! Stir, add a glass of sugar and vanilla and mix until smooth. At this point, the mixture should be cooled.

Beat eggs in a caked mass. Mix well after each addition of "dough" until smooth. Sift into the cocoa butter mixture and add a pinch of salt. Mix and pour into the mold for the last time. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, let cool and transfer to a serving dish.

Whip the cream with powdered sugar, decorate the cake directly on the serving platter, sprinkle with almond petals and serve.
