You will need
- - 150 g of wheat flour;
- - 150 g of potato starch;
- - 250 g of butter;
- - 100 g of chocolate;
- - 50 g of fine sugar;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 1 bag of vanilla sugar;
- - icing sugar and chocolate chips for decoration.

Mix wheat flour and potato starch, and then sift through a kitchen sieve. Remove the oil in advance from the refrigerator - it should become quite soft and plastic. Add sugar and vanilla sugar to it and beat with a mixer or a blender with a whisk attachment until a lush light mass.

In turn, add chicken eggs, after adding eggs each time, mixing the mass. Break the chocolate into slices, put in a ceramic cup and melt in the microwave for several minutes. Stir the chocolate into the butter and egg mass. Beat with a mixer again.

Pour a mixture of flour and potato starch, mix until smooth. Preheat the electric waffle iron, grease the working plates with sunflower oil using a silicone cooking brush. Put a portion of the dough with a spoon and bake the waffles until cooked.

Put the prepared waffles on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and chocolate chips. Serve immediately with a morning cup of coffee.

To make the waffles even more crispy and tasty, add half a glass of very finely chopped walnuts to the dough in the third stage.
