You will need

  • - herring fillet 1

  • - 10 pieces of quail eggs

  • - 200 grams of parmesan cheese

  • - 1 bunch of lettuce leaves

  • - 1 lemon

  • - 1 bunch of green onions

  • - salt and pepper to taste

  • For refueling.

  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable or sunflower oil,

  • - juice of half a lemon,

  • - salt to taste,

  • - ground black pepper to taste.

Instruction manual

1

Rinse the bunch of lettuce leaves well, shake and put on a plate to dry out a little. Cut or tear the salad into large pieces.

2

Wash green onions well, dry and chop finely. The finer the chopped onion, the tastier the salad.

3

200-250 grams of Parmesan grate on a fine grater (you can use any cheese). Leave the cheese in a separate cup, you will need it to decorate the salad.

4

Rinse and boil eggs for six minutes after boiling water. Quail eggs can be replaced with chicken. Transfer the boiled eggs to cold water for cooling. Peel the cooled eggs, cut in half.

5

Cut herring fillet into stripes (width to taste). If you have a whole herring, then clean it from the skin and viscera. Carefully separate the fillet and chop.

6

Prepare a dressing.

In a cup, mix 4 tablespoons of vegetable or sunflower oil with the juice of half a lemon, mix well, salt and pepper to taste. Refueling is ready.

7

On a wide dish, put lettuce, sprinkle with green onions. Put the halves of quail eggs and pieces of herring on the onion. Pour the salad with the prepared dressing and sprinkle with cheese.
