You will need

  • - sardine (in oil) - 200 g;
  • - chicken eggs - 6 pcs.;
  • - cheese - 150 g;
  • - onions - 70-100 g;
  • - butter (cream, frozen) - 100 g;
  • - mayonnaise - 150 g;
  • - greens of dill.

Instruction manual

1

Prepare the products, measure their quantity, carry out preliminary work (wash, cook, clean) and proceed directly to cooking.

2

The secret of the salad is to cut into small pieces, contributing to the merging of all layers into a single mass. Divide the boiled and chilled eggs into separate components: proteins and yolks. Grate the squirrels on a fine grater and cover them with the bottom of the selected salad bowl. Grind hard cheese with a fine grater and put on a protein layer.

3

Remove canned fish from a tin can and free from residual fat. Separate the sardine on a separate plate from the large bones and mash with a fork. Then cover the cheese with the resulting gruel and pour with mayonnaise. On fish, you need to use 3/4 of the required portion of mayonnaise.

4

Grate the onion on a fine grater and put on top of mayonnaise. Mash the yolks with a fork and divide into two equal parts. One half follows the bow, the other acts as a decoration. The first half is saturated with the remaining mayonnaise.

5

The final layers are greens and butter. Finely chop the greens with a knife, and crush the butter with a fine grater. Oil grated on top of greens, gently smooth the surface. The yolks blend perfectly with the snow-white layer. To achieve fluffiness, crushed yolks are additionally rubbed through a sieve. If you like greens, fill it with the sides of the salad. Place the prepared salad in a cold place for two hours.

Useful advice

The classic version implies the basis: prescription and grocery. Mayonnaise is necessarily thick, high fat, onions are soft, not sharp, the sequence of layers is not broken. Although, experimenting in the future, try replacing sardine with cod liver, add potatoes and carrots.
