A rather exotic salad of tongue and eggs, prepared in a special way. No doubt the salad will decorate the table at any celebration.

You will need
- - 300 g of language;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 1 onion;
- - 1/2 cans of corn;
- - greens;
- - 30 g of walnuts;
- - 100 g of cheese;
- - salt.

Cook the language the way you usually cook it. Cut the boiled tongue into strips or cubes - as you like.

Peel and wash the onion. Cut it finely and fry too.

It is the turn of the most interesting - egg pancakes. Break the eggs into a bowl, stir with a fork. Add some salt and fry thin pancakes from them. In order to get what you need, grease the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.

Roll the finished pancakes in the form of a roll. Cut the roll into strips. The latter can be cut so that the result is a straw.

Open a can of corn and remove the liquid from it. Walnuts must be chopped into medium sized pieces.

Grate the cheese. You can use at your discretion a large or small grater. Grind the greens.

We form a salad. To do this, simply mix everything you have prepared: corn, onions, tongue, walnuts, herbs and egg pancakes in a chopped form.

Mix everything well, season with mayonnaise and mix well again before serving.
