- - 50 g of crab sticks
- - 1 sausage
- - 2 tbsp. l rice vinegar

In a deep bowl, mix rice vinegar and sugar. The mixture will become the so-called marinade for pre-chopped carrots and cucumbers.

Beat eggs with a little salt and cook an omelet fried on both sides. Cut it into thin strips.

Cut the sausage and crab sticks into thin strips and fry a little in vegetable oil.

Place pre-cooked sushi rice on a nori sheet. In the center, lay out a strip of cooked ingredients - cucumber, carrot, omelet, crab sticks and sausages. Roll the roll with the mat and cut it into equal parts. These rolls go perfectly with hot wasabi sauce and ginger.
