    • For the first recipe (in 2 servings):
    • • Rice - 180g;
    • • Onions - 2pcs;
    • • Bacon - 350g;
    • • Chicken egg - 2pcs;
    • • Garlic - 2 cloves;
    • • Ginger - a small piece;
    • • Dried berries of barberry - 1 tsp;
    • • Salt and spices to taste.
    • For the second recipe:
    • • rice of any grade - 1 tbsp;
    • • pork - 350g;
    • • water - 2 tbsp;
    • • salt - to taste;
    • • sunflower oil - 4 tbsp;
    • • turmeric - 1 tablespoon;
    • • allspice - 3-4 peas;
    • • cinnamon - on the tip of a knife;
    • • nutmeg - 0.5 tsp;
    • • white pepper - a pinch;
    • • sweet red pepper - 0.5 tsp;
    • • hot paprika - a pinch;
    • • cardamom - 0.5 tsp.

Recipe 1. “Fried rice in Chinese.” Rinse the rice well so that the water that drains from it becomes clear. Put the rice in a pan and pour water so that it covers the rice by 4cm. Bring to a boil and make the fire minimal. Cook rice for about 20 minutes. Rice cereal should become crumbly. Turn off the heat and cool the rice.

Cut the bacon into small squares. Fry it in a pan until golden brown. Put in a separate plate. Grind ginger and garlic, chop onion in half rings, add barberry. Fry everything on the remaining bacon fat.

Beat the eggs a little and pour into a frying pan. Stir continuously, fry all contents. It should be crumbly omelet. Add frozen peas to it and mix everything again. Keep it on fire for a few more minutes.

Put the prepared rice in the resulting mass. Mix thoroughly and keep on fire until it warms up. Then add the fried bacon, salt and seasonings to your liking. You get a great side dish for meat and fish dishes. Delicate, crumbly and very tasty.

Recipe 2. "Fried Rice with Pork." Cut the pork into small pieces and fry until golden brown, then put on a plate.

Rinse the rice thoroughly in running water and let the water drain. Pour oil into a stewpan or cauldron and heat well. Put the rice in the preheated dishes, reduce the heat slightly and fry without stopping stirring. Rice must first turn white (no longer transparent), then become yellowish-golden. Each seed will be coated with oil. Salt and add spices, mix and keep on fire for a couple of minutes. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Water should be exactly twice as much rice.

Do not cover the pan until almost all the water has evaporated. Add the refried pork and mix well. After that, reduce the heat to a minimum, close the lid and leave for 25 minutes. Then turn off the heat and let stand for another 10 minutes, only then open the lid. Before serving, loosen. The rice is delicious. Bon appetit!

When you cook rice, there should be exactly twice as much water, only then it will turn out friable.
