Skin the fish. Cut the abdomen and carefully remove the insides. Rinse under running water. Slice the burbot into portions, salt and pepper to taste. Pour the flour into a plate and roll each slice in it. Heat the pan with vegetable oil and fry the fish until golden brown. Peel the onions. Cut into rings and passer. Sort fresh mushrooms, rinse and boil in salted water. Then cool and cut into slices. Fry in vegetable oil along with pickles.
