These drinks include homemade lemonade. Lemonade is one of the easiest to make. It can be prepared sour, sweet, with gas and without.

Normal Lemonade

For a drink you will need:

  • 1 lemon

  • 1.5 liters of sparkling or still water

  • 6 tbsp. l Sahara

  • ice

Cooking:

  1. Preparing a drink is very simple. Take the container where the lemonade will be located - it can be a jug, a bottle, a can.

  2. Wash lemon thoroughly. Squeeze lemon juice into the container. Send the finely chopped pulp along with the zest there. Pour sugar.

  3. Mix well until sugar dissolves. Put the drink in the refrigerator or add ice. Done.

The second option is homemade lemonade, which is very rich in vitamin C.

It will require:

  • 4 l cold drinking water

  • 5-6 lemons

  • 500 g or sugar to taste

  • sprig of mint or lemon balm

Cooking:

  1. Very good (you can brush) wash lemons.

  2. Cut them into pieces and grind in a blender.

  3. Put the mass in a large container, for example, in a pot. Pour sugar and pour cold water. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Put a sprig of mint or lemon balm. Close the lid.

  4. Put the pan in the refrigerator for 10 hours.

  5. Strain in a convenient way (sieve, gauze). A tasty and healthy drink is ready.

Here you must remember that the drink is not bitter, be sure to use only cold water and a refrigerator.
