You will need

  • - 1 tbsp. slightly salted cashew nuts;

  • - 1.5 cups of pitted dates;

  • - 1 tbsp. dried cherries;

  • - 1 tbsp. raisins;

  • - 0.5 tbsp. dried cranberries;

  • - 1 cup roasted almonds;

  • - 1 tbsp. sunflower seeds;

  • - 1 tbsp. popped rice;

  • - 1 tbsp. dark chocolate chips (chocolate from 72% cocoa, broken into pieces).

Instruction manual

1

Prepare a large form: line it with foil or cling film in several layers and lightly grease with olive (or any other) vegetable oil.

2

In a combine, grind cashew nuts into large crumbs. Pour it into a container.

3

Lightly grease the processor blades with vegetable oil and send dried fruits into it. Grind from until a sweet, sticky and almost uniform mass is obtained. Put it in cashews.

4

Whole almonds, popped rice and sunflower seeds are added to the chopped nuts and dried fruits. Knead thoroughly with slightly moistened hands in cold water so that all ingredients are evenly distributed. Transfer the mixture to the prepared container and send it to the freezer for half an hour. Then take out and cut into portions. I have 28 pieces.

5

Melt the chocolate chips (or just bitter chocolate, broken into pieces) in a water bath or in a microwave and decorate cookies.
