There are a huge number of pilaf variations. One of them is pilaf with mushrooms, cooked in a pot.

You will need
- - rice - 1 glass;
- - fresh mushrooms - 500 g;
- - carrots - 1 pc.;
- - onions - 1 pc.;
- - celery root - 50 g;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- - salt.

Pour rice into a clay pot, pour two cups of hot water. Leave on for 30-60 minutes to make the rice swell.

Wash the carrots and celery root. Then peel the vegetables and grate on a coarse grater. Peel and chop the onion. Peel fresh mushrooms, boil, cut into thin slices and lightly fry in vegetable oil.

In another pan, fry the onions first, then add the grated carrots and celery, lightly fry the vegetables together, and then add the mushrooms. Salt the mass and fry everything together for a couple of minutes.

Put vegetables and mushrooms in a rice pot. Cover the dishes (you can use foil instead) and place the pot in a hot oven. Pilaf should languish for about 30 minutes
