As a result, you should get a mass with the same consistency as the dough for fritters. Covering it with a towel or cling film, place in a fairly warm place for about half an hour.

After the time has passed, add the following ingredients to the bulk: butter, certainly at room temperature, raw chicken egg and salt. Mix everything properly. Then pour the rest of the wheat flour there. Knead the dough for 15-20 minutes. It should become soft to the touch and elastic in texture. Put it in a deep dish and send to heat for 60 minutes. This is necessary for the dough to rise.

After putting the cheese in a plate, mash it with a fork, then add the chopped bunch of dill to it. Mix these ingredients together as it should.
