You will need
- - 250 g of semolina;
- - 200 g canned peas;
- - 200 g of beans;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 100 g of cottage cheese;
- - 200 g fatty yogurt;
- - 50 g butter:
- - 1 egg;
- - 20 g of ginger;
- - 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds;
- - 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds;
- - salt.
Instruction manual
1
Cook the beans until fully cooked. When boiling, be sure to salt the water. After the beans, throw them in a colander and set aside to cool. Let semolina brew for 10 - 15 minutes in cold water. Grind the egg with cottage cheese. Pour in stirring yogurt.
2
Drain excess water from semolina and add it to the dough. Quench the soda with vinegar and put it into the dough. Add vegetables to the dough. Drain the juice from canned peas, and cut the carrots into small cubes. Salt the whole mixture.
3
Put chopped ginger in a hot skillet with melted butter. Put it out over high heat. Attach the seeds of sesame and mustard to the ginger and, stirring the products, keep the pan over high heat for a couple of minutes or until the seeds begin to brown. Cool and mix with the dough.
4
Lubricate the bottom and sides of the baking dish well with oil. Pour the dough into the mold. Sprinkle the top of the casserole with sesame seeds. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the pie in it. Bake the cake for 45 minutes.
Useful advice
If you want to reduce the fat content of the cake, replace yogurt with 100 ml of skim milk. At the same time, so that the cake is well baked, cover the form with foil. Remove the foil 30 minutes after the start of cooking, and then let the cake brown until golden brown.
