Easter is a holiday beloved by many, a bright holiday, symbolizing the awakening of nature after winter, the revival of life after death. Easter is also met by raw foodists, and one of the indispensable attributes of Easter - a decorated egg - can be prepared from raw products.

Instruction manual

1

Raw Easter egg is a crushed nut cake with poppy seeds and banana.

This cake is hearty, tasty, healthy and easy to prepare.

2

In order to cook a raw-eating Easter egg, take 200 grams of peeled raw hazelnuts, pour it into a bowl and pour water. Leave the nuts for 1 to 3 hours, or more, even at night. Salt water, and grind hazelnuts using a blender or a conventional meat grinder.

We will do the same with poppy seeds. Take half a glass of poppy seeds, fill it with water and leave for 1-3 hours or overnight. Salt water through a strainer. You can wipe the poppy a little in a mortar, but not necessarily.

Now mix the poppy with the prepared hazelnuts. And add the peeled banana. All together with your hands or a fork.

3

We proceed to the formation of eggs. There are two ways to do this.

The first method: with wet hands, we take about 1-2 tablespoons of the mass and sculpt the balls with our hands, to which we give the egg shape.

The second way: take two halves of plastic Kinder eggs (those with a spoon), cover the halves with cling film, put the mass tightly in both halves, fold the halves and carefully remove the molds and the film.

4

When all the eggs are ready, decorate them by rolling in multi-colored coconut flakes. But this step is not necessary, because the eggs are beautiful in themselves.
