- Pangasius fillet - 2 pieces;
- Olive oil;
- Flour - half a glass;
- White part of leek;
- Tomato - 1 large;
- Zucchini / zucchini - 1 small;
- Parsley;
- Lemon;
- Thyme - 2 branches;
- Clove of garlic;
- Salt and black pepper to taste.

Wash the pangasius fillet, dry it with napkins, roll in flour and fry in oil on both sides (about 7 minutes on each side). Put on napkins to leave excess fat.

Leek cut in half, rinse, cut into strips. Cut the zucchini into small cubes. Tomato - in circles. Fry vegetables in olive oil until half-cooked. Finely chop the parsley and garlic.

Grease the foil with oil, put the fillet, salt and pepper. Put tomato slices on it, leek straws, garlic, zucchini cubes, cover with a second fillet, salt. Sprinkle with parsley, put a slice of lemon, a sprig of thyme.
Wrap the foil with an envelope and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
When serving, cut into two parts.
