Cool the resulting broth, then strain it through several layers of gauze. You will get a white liquid that must be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days. For pancreatitis, take this milk 3-4 times a day, 100 grams before meals. If the child is sick, the dosage is reduced to 50 grams per dose.

Another recipe for oat milk, which can successfully replace natural, especially if you are allergic to the components of natural milk or you are a vegetarian. Drink it just like that, add it to the baked goods instead of cow’s, whisk cocktails with it, pour them breakfast cereals (cereal) - in general, do the same thing that is customary to do with natural milk of animal origin. Put 130 grams of oatmeal in a container with cover, fill with 200 milliliters of water at room temperature. Cover the dishes and shake to mix water and flakes. Leave the container in a cool place for 6-8 hours. After 6-8 hours, drain the water, put the swollen flakes in the water and pour 0.5 liters of water into them. Beat until creamy for about 3-4 minutes. Pour in another half liter of water and beat for another 1 minute. Then squeeze the mass through several layers of gauze or a fine sieve. Oat milk is ready. To give it a sweet taste - you can add honey and sugar to it. Use vanillin to flavor the product. After cooking, pour the milk into the dishes with a lid. It should be used within 3-4 days.
