- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
- sour cream - 3 tbsp. l

Scald tomatoes with boiled water and peel them. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Peel all other vegetables, cut the potatoes into slices, onions in half rings, carrots, zucchini and pepper in cubes.

Lubricate the cauldron with oil, lay the potatoes at the bottom and cover with vegetables. Add spices and salt to taste. Pour in butter and sour cream. Mix gently, cover and place on a small fire. Simmer for 1 - 1.5 hours. Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh herbs.

If you want more sauce, add some water to the vegetable stew.
