  • 300g beets

  • 0.5 cups sugar

  • 2 tbsp orange juice

  • 2 l of water

Rinse lingonberries and squeeze the juice. Wash the beets, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Boil the resulting mass in 2 liters of water, strain. Mix beetroot and lingonberry juice, add orange juice and sugar. Mix everything well. Put the mixture on a low heat and bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Drink fruit drinks chilled.

Compote "Grapefruit"

  • 1 grapefruit

  • 3 sweet apples

  • 1 liter of water

  • 4 tbsp sugar

  • nutmeg (pinch)

Peel the grapefruit, disassemble into slices. Remove films to prevent bitterness. Cut the apples in half, remove the core and cut into large pieces. Prepared fruits dip in a pot of boiling water. Pour sugar and add a pinch of nutmeg. Cook the compote over medium heat until cooked. Use chilled.

  • 200g melon juice

  • 1 liter of water

  • 1.5 cups sugar

Wash fruits, remove core, cut into cubes. Dip in boiling water, add sugar and melon juice. Cook for 15 minutes. Cool the compote before serving.
