You will need
- - 75 g of almonds;
- - 1 small egg;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- - vanillin on the tip of a knife;
- - 75 g of walnuts;
- - 35 g of brown sugar;
- - 1 tsp lemon zest;

Grind the nuts in a blender into small crumbs with 1 tsp. sugar (adding sugar will not allow them to turn into an oil mixture).

Mix the egg until smooth in a bowl with brown sugar. Add cardamom, cinnamon and lemon zest. Pour the nut crumbs to the mixture and stir until a sticky mass is obtained.

Using a teaspoon, we form cookies and put it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake cookies for about 15 minutes. Ready cookies will crack, be hard on the outside, but remain soft on the inside.
Useful advice
You can take any nuts to your taste or their mixture. And also add raisins and / or candied fruits!
