Almost no holiday can be imagined without this dish, but it is no secret that most often we all love to cook such a salad for the New Year. As you may have guessed, we will talk about Olivier. It is also known under the names "Winter" and "Meat", and in other countries - as "Russian" or "Hussar".

But few people know that this is a real high-calorie, very harmful bomb. How can we make sure that the taste sensations remain the same, but at the same time the olivier would be as useful as possible, and most importantly, contain a minimum of calories?
