You will need

  • –– young potatoes (800 g);

  • - mackerel (520 g);

  • - any cheese (80 g);

  • –– pepper and salt to taste;

  • - light mayonnaise;

  • - fresh greens.

Instruction manual

1

First you need to prepare potatoes. Rinse each tuber under running water, remove the peel with a sharp knife. Next, cut the potatoes into thin plates. Take a saucepan, pour half the water, salt, put on the burner and wait for it to boil.

2

Put the potatoes in water and cook until cooked. Put the potatoes in a separate cup and let cool.

3

While the potatoes are cooling, take the mackerel, remove the thin skin. If the fish was frozen, then it is necessary to defrost it first. Remove all large bones. Cut the mackerel into small pieces as you wish.

4

Grind cheese with a blender or on a grater. Rinse greens well and chop. Take mayonnaise, mix with chopped herbs, add salt and pepper to taste.

5

To prepare the casserole, you need a deep heat-resistant form. Prepare the mold, grease the cooking oil. Put the first layer of potatoes in the mold, pour a small amount of mayonnaise and greens sauce on top.

6

The second layer consists of mackerel. Slices of fish must be evenly distributed over the potatoes, then pour over the sauce again and lay out a layer of mackerel again.

7

The last layer will be potatoes. Then put the dish in the oven for baking. After 20-30 minutes, pull out the mold, sprinkle with cheese on top and place in the oven again.

note

Instead of mackerel, try putting any other fish in a casserole.
