For making porridge, it is better to choose a bright orange pumpkin, already pre-peeled from peels and seeds, washed and dried. Grate the pulp of the prepared pumpkin on a coarse grater, then put the chopped pumpkin in a saucepan, cauldron or saucepan with a thick bottom, pour hot water. After putting the pot over high heat, bring the contents to a boil. After that, over low heat, boil the pumpkin for one or two minutes. The vegetable should not be boiled, but only become a little softer than raw. Pour oats flakes of medium or large size into a saucepan with a boiling mass.

It is better not to take small flakes, as they will boil quickly and the desired effect will not turn out.

Put immediately, or with cereal, coconut or chopped seeds, nuts in proportions to your taste, and add chopped prunes cut in small cubes. Bring the resulting mixture to a boil.
