Nutritionists recommend starting a meal with a light vegetable snack. A universal dish for all seasons is cabbage salad. Take a small tight fork of cabbage, finely chop it. Put the cabbage in a bowl, salt and rub with your hands to make it softer. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and mix it with cabbage. Prepare the dressing by mixing vegetable oil (olive or sunflower), vinegar and sugar. Season the salad. add salt to taste if necessary.

The most economical option of hot, which, moreover, is liked by almost everyone - pasta. It can be cooked at least every evening, changing sauces and additives. Try the versatile pasta with pink Italian sauce.

Pour pasta - penne, spaghetti or tagliatelle into boiling salted water. Cook according to the instructions on the packaging. Make sure that the paste is not digested. Throw the finished pasta into a colander, add a spoonful of vegetable oil and mix - so they will not stick together.

Take the sauce. Take sausages or hunting sausages as the main component. Best straight from the freezer - it will be easier to cut them. Cut into thin round slices of petals. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan, put sausages and carrots in the oil. Fry until half cooked, stirring with a wooden spatula. Finely chop the garlic, add to the pan.

In a separate bowl, mix the tomato paste with boiling water, mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps, add salt. Pour the mixture into the pan. After a couple of minutes, add milk, dried herbs and black pepper. Cover the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens. If it seems too fluid to you, add a spoonful of flour and stir. Put the prepared pasta in the sauce. Stir and serve.

Even the most budget dinner should not go without dessert. Do not buy ready-made pastries and sweets; rather, try a very inexpensive restaurant-level dessert. In a water bath, melt a bar of bitter or milk chocolate and butter. In a separate bowl, rub the egg with sugar and pour the chocolate-butter mixture. Mix thoroughly, add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix again. Pour the mixture into silicone cupcake tins, filling them in 2/3 of the volume.

Place the molds on a baking sheet and place it in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Do not leave cupcakes unattended - as soon as they rise and the crust on top hardens slightly, remove the molds from the oven. Put the dessert on a plate, add a couple of tablespoons of ice cream and serve immediately. If the cupcakes are cooked correctly, there will be liquid hot chocolate inside.
