You will need

  • - 350 g scallops

  • - green onions

  • - 2 oranges

  • - balsamic sauce (preferably creamy consistency)

  • - salt

  • - ground black pepper

  • - olive oil

  • - mascarpone

Instruction manual

1

Divide the scallops into two equal parts. Mix one of them with crushed mascarpone cheese. Salt the mixture and pepper to taste.

2

Cut oranges into thin rings or slices. Squeeze a small amount of orange juice on a mixture of scallops and mascarpone. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and cool for 30-40 minutes.

3

Cut the second part of the scallops into small pieces. Lightly season with orange juice, add salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and leave to soak in juice for 30 minutes.

4

Separately, fry both mixtures in olive oil until golden brown. When serving on the table from one part of scallops, form a ring inside which place the ingredients from the second mixture. To decorate the dish, balsamic creamy cream sauce is ideal.
