Yogurt and greens marinade is suitable for fish and chicken. Mix half a cup of natural unsweetened yogurt (low-fat sour cream) with 3 tbsp. tomato paste and 1 tbsp. l soy sauce. Add 1 tbsp. olive oil, 5 crushed cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. chopped fresh ginger, 1 tsp ground paprika, finely chopped mint and cilantro, salt and red pepper. Mix well. Pour the mixture over the fish or chicken and let it marinate for 6 hours in the refrigerator.
