Peel the peaches, free them from the seeds and cut the flesh into small cubes. Then combine both types of flour with baking powder, cinnamon, salt and soda. Next, you need to beat the butter with sugar to make a lush mass, add an egg to it and mix everything well. Gently add kefir into the oil mixture and stir well again.

After this, you need to mix the dry mixture with the oil in one cup, and then add the peaches there. Then pour the dough for muffins into oiled forms and send them to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for half an hour. Ready muffins should be cooled, sprinkled with icing sugar and serve.
