Put the medium pan on the fire, pour water there and put the pre-washed and peeled chicken in the pan, you will need about 250 grams of it. Boil the chicken, then cool it and cut into small pieces, cubes.

Peel and chop pineapple (150 grams). How to do it? With a sharp large knife, cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple. Now vertically insert the knife into the pineapple, in a circular motion, separate the pulp from the crust. Use a fork to remove the pineapple pulp.
