You will need

  • - 600 g of chicken breasts;

  • - 250 g of champignons or other mushrooms;

  • - 2-3 cloves of garlic;

  • - greens;

  • - 6 quail eggs;

  • - 100 g of hard cheese;

  • - some salt;

  • - a little black pepper;

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Instruction manual

1

For the roll, you can use not only a whole chicken breast, but also two fillets.

2

My breast, we separate the meat from the bones. Divide the breast into two parts. We cut each part and unfold it like a book, beat off a little.

3

Add salt and pepper to taste, add spices (you can use any mixture of spices for chicken). Leave the meat for half an hour.

4

We cut the champignons into slices, fry them in hot oil until tender.

5

Peel the garlic cloves, wash my greens and dry. Finely chop and add to the pan to the mushrooms. To taste, salt and pepper, mix, transfer to a plate.

6

Three large cheese. Sprinkle the cooled mushrooms with cheese and mix.

7

We put fried mushrooms with cheese on each part of chopped meat, lay three boiled quail eggs on top (you can take ordinary eggs, but then they will need to be cut into halves). We turn the meat with the filling into a roll, dress it with a dense thread. Wrap the rolls in a layer of foil and bake at 200 degrees in the oven for half an hour.

8

Put the finished rolls on a plate and leave for 10-15 minutes. Remove the foil and thread. Cut into beautiful portions, put on a plate, decorate with a sprig of parsley or cilantro and serve.
