- Chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- Chicken egg - 1 pc.
- Milk - 40 ml
- Onion - 1/2 pcs.
- Manka - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.

- For the sauce:
- Sour cream - 1/3 cup
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Dill - a few twigs
- Salt, pepper to taste

Rinse and dry the chicken fillet with paper towels. We spread the chicken in the blender bowl and turn it on for low or medium power for about 5 seconds. The chicken should not turn into minced meat, it should have medium-sized meat pieces. We remove the meat from the blender in a separate container.

Add the onion and milk to the blender bowl and beat at high power until the onion turns into pulp. We spread 2 tablespoons of semolina and 2 tablespoons of olive oil with milk. Salt and pepper with a margin so that this salt is enough for chicken. Beat the liquid mixture slightly.

Pour the egg mixture into the chicken pieces, mix thoroughly. We heat the pan, add a teaspoon of olive oil to it (I distribute the oil with a thin layer throughout the pan using a silicone brush). Then spread the meat dough for pancakes into a pan with a tablespoon. One spoon - one pancake. Fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile, prepare the sour cream sauce. Three on a fine grater or pass through a garlic clove garlic clove. Mix sour cream, garlic, finely chopped dill, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. If the sour cream is too thick, you can dilute it with a little olive oil or milk.
