To give them a brighter taste and mouth-watering appearance, breading is often used: carcass pieces are crumbled in flour or crushed crackers, eggs or butter. Wash 4 medium-sized chicken legs in clean water and dry them with a white cotton napkin. Prepare an oil sauce for marinating meat: boil 3 tablespoons of olive or sunflower oil over medium heat; refrigerate it at room temperature, and then keep it in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

Use a sharp knife to make small cuts (about 2-2.5 cm in length) on each leg - this will allow the chicken to cook faster and become softer and juicier. After that, rub the skin with a mixture of ground black and red peppers to taste or with a small amount of hot Tabasco sauce.

Put 2 tablespoons of table salt, chopped garlic (3 cloves) in chilled oil sauce and mix thoroughly. Dip each chicken leg into the mixture, then place in a clean plastic container with a sealed lid. Marinate the meat in the refrigerator for 6-10 hours.

Turn the gas grill on moderate heat and lay the chicken legs on the wire rack. Cook the meat for 25-30 minutes until a brown crust appears, constantly turning the pieces of chicken in different directions. Pierce the hot legs with a toothpick - if light meat juice (not blood) has flowed, you can remove the dish from the grill.

Prepare the breading. Grind corn flakes (0.5 cups) in a hand mill or grind in a mortar. Add the same amount of finely chopped dill and parsley, table salt and pepper to taste, mix everything.
