  • a teaspoon of mustard

  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,

  • 2 rings of lemon

  • head of garlic.

First, pickle the chicken wings. We wash the wings and dry with paper towels. In a cup, mix two tablespoons of vegetable oil (can be replaced with olive) with a teaspoon of mustard and three tablespoons of soy sauce, mix well. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add to the wings along with the marinade, mix. Cut the garlic head into several parts and add to the meat. Leave to marinate for one hour.

Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 parts. We put the potatoes in a volumetric cup, salt, add mustard, vegetable oil and sprinkle with any spices to taste (hops-suneli, dried dill, ground pepper), mix well. Leave the potatoes to marinate for 15 minutes.

Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and put the potatoes into it, pour the marinade.

We spread the pickled chicken wings on the potatoes and also pour the marinade. Cover the form with potatoes and meat foil. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes until a delicious golden color. Baked potato with chicken wings turns out juicy, moderately salty and very fragrant. We serve the finished dish on the table, decorate with fresh herbs.
