You will need
- - a baking sheet;
- - deep frying pan;
- - chicken wings 600 g;
- - 1 chicken egg;
- - flour 1/2 cup;
- - butter 100 g;
- - vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons;
- For the sauce:
- - soy sauce 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - water 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - sugar 1/4 cup;
- - apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup;
- - garlic seasoning 1/4 teaspoon;
- - salt 1/2 teaspoon;
- For garnish and decoration:
- - rice 1 glass;
- - butter 50 g;
- - sesame seeds;
- - Bell pepper;
- - dill.

Wash and dry the wings with a paper towel. Beat the egg with a whisk. Then dip each wing into a beaten egg and roll in flour.

Heat a mixture of butter and vegetable oil in a large deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the wings on both sides until golden brown. Then put them on a baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar, garlic and salt. Leave a little sauce, and pour the wings over the rest. Bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius. Pour the wings with the remaining sauce from time to time.

Boil rice until cooked and season with butter. Put the rice in a slide on a large dish, spread the wings around, sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Garnish with sweet pepper and dill.
