Dip the pickled wings in batter and fry in a large amount of sunflower oil on both sides.

You will need:

- chicken wings - 10 pcs.

For marinade:

- dry red wine - 200 ml;

- honey - 2 tbsp;

- greens of dill;

- ginger - 1 tsp;

- salt, seasoning mixture for chicken.

Finely chop the greens, grate grate on a fine grater. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade, mix thoroughly. Wash the wings, place in the marinade and leave for 2-3 hours (you can overnight). Bake chicken wings on a wire rack. Wings in a sweet marinade quickly burn, so you need to turn them over quite often.
