Oven-cooked chicken thighs are a delicious addition to any side dish. Poultry meat is inexpensive, cooks quickly and does not require special culinary skills from a woman. Chicken thighs can become the main meat dish of a festive table or home dinner.

Rinse the chicken thighs thoroughly under running water. If necessary, remove inedible parts from the meat.

In a deep plate, combine soy sauce, hot pepper, half orange juice and salt to taste. Stir the marinade.

Place the prepared chicken thighs in the marinade, leave the product in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
