You will need:

Cooking method:
- To get started, properly prepare the chicken. It must be thoroughly washed, feathers removed, incised skin under the tail and carefully hide the chicken legs in the resulting pocket.
- Pour wine into a bowl, add lemon juice, salt and cream. Cream will make the marinade softer.
- Grind the spices. Grind leaves, crush garlic and pepper. Spices are also added to the wine. Wine can be replaced with ordinary, wine or apple cider vinegar.
- Stir everything thoroughly. You will get a marinade. Pour it into the chicken, then put it in the marinade, rub and leave for three to four hours, so that it is well saturated, tender and saturated with the aromas of spices.
- After placing the chicken in the grill, do not make the temperature maximum, 180 degrees is enough. The chicken is well baked inside and slightly browned. If you immediately set the temperature to maximum, then the outside of the chicken will burn, and inside it will remain moist. When you see that the crust becomes rosy, the heat can be brought up to 200 degrees and leave the chicken to bake for an hour, waiting for readiness.
- The chicken will have a wonderful view and wonderful aroma. A hearty dinner will turn out if you serve rice or potatoes as a side dish. Fine chicken and with fresh vegetables.
In any case, cooking grilled chicken for lunch or taking it with you on a picnic is not important. It is important that it is delicious!
