Under the name "Culphy" is hiding Indian ice cream. There are a lot of varieties, of course, of this delicacy, but I suggest you cook it with white bread. Surprise your near and dear ones!

You will need
- - whole milk - 4 glasses;
- - bread - 1 slice;
- - corn starch - 1 tablespoon;
- - sugar - 1/4 cup;
- - cardamom - 1/2 tablespoon;
- - almonds - 10 pcs.

First of all, peel the almonds. In fact, making it as easy as shelling pears. Pour enough boiling water into a small saucepan and put the almonds there. Hold it there for several minutes. After this procedure, the skin will be removed instantly.

With bread, do this: cut off the crust from it and chop it into small pieces. Put the slices in a blender and combine them with corn starch and 1/2 cup whole milk. Mix the resulting mixture well. You should get a homogeneous mass.

Pour the remaining whole milk into a saucepan and place it on the stove. When the liquid mass boils, cook it for another quarter hour - milk should be less than one third. Then enter the bread mixture there. Cook for 5 minutes.

After time, add dry, consisting of peeled almonds, cardamom and granulated sugar to the milk mixture. Stir as it should. Cook this mass until thickened, that is, approximately 10 minutes.

Transfer the resulting milk mass to a suitable glass dish. In this form, place it in the freezer for at least 7 hours. Ice cream should freeze completely. Culphy is done! Garnish a treat with pistachios, if desired.
