You will need
- - 1 kg king prawns
- - 80 g butter
- - 5-6 cloves of garlic
- - 300-350 ml cream 40% fat
- - 70 g parsley
- - 2 tsp salt
- - lettuce
- - 10 ml of lemon juice
- - 20 ml of coconut milk

Peel the garlic and chop finely. Put it in a preheated pan along with butter and cream (you can use sour cream instead of cream). Then add coconut milk, warm, mix and let the sauce cool.

Shrimp clear of shell and guts. Put to simmer, cook for 2-3 minutes. Put the shrimp in another skillet, add salt, mix everything thoroughly and simmer for about 8 minutes.

While the prawns are stewed, chop finely the parsley. Add greens to the contents of the pan and let simmer over low heat for another 3-5 minutes.

Put the finished shrimp on a beautiful flat dish, pour garlic sauce on top and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve hot while decorating the dish with lettuce.
