In order for the cutlets to turn out delicious, good quality minced meat is needed. Both minced meat must be mixed together.

In a separate container, mix sea salt, dry garlic, dried onions, and black and red peppers. Pour mixed spices into the minced meat. Stir them with minced meat, adding cold water there.

Divide each of the cheese slices into 4 parts. Manually or using a press to form thin round cutlets.

Put cheese in the center of one cutlet. Glue all this with another cutlet and transfer them with wax paper.

Now light the grill, wait for the coals to burn. Clean the grill on which you will fry, grease it with olive oil.
